1. Nature of the Service
Brooklyn Center Residents Directory is a privately operated reference. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and directory collections relevant to Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a government office, court, library, or custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use following a revision indicates acceptance.

We may block or limit access, without notice, for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. Governing Law
Minnesota law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-data requests to Brooklyn Center or Hennepin County are governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. ch. 13, while court and vital-record requests follow their own applicable rules.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
